Similarly, the DT12 trunks are manufactured with full sized 22 AWG conductors providing lower signal loss especially in long run cables commonly required in remote sporting environments. Of course, all cable is 100% shielded to prevent electrical interference and cross-talk. All connector XLR contacts are gold plated to prevent oxidation in out-of-doors use.
